Moon Rise

We got to watch the moon rise on Nana and Grandpa’s balcony one night. They were one flight up from us, so they had a better view of the ocean.

You can see the public beach access road next to us, too.

The boys had a good time blowing bubbles while we watched the sun set and the moon rise.

Steven took a bunch of different pictures trying to get the right exposure for a night-time shot of the moon. I think this is the best one.

And for those of you who keep track of these things, it was the Full Sturgeon Moon, when this large fish of the Great Lakes and other major bodies of water like Lake Champlain is most readily caught.

You are welcome.
